Corporate Housing is a preferred, cost-effective alternative to staying in a hotel. U.S. Premier Locations provides luxury homes and apartments which are fully furnished with everything you will need to make your temporary housing feel just like home.
Who uses Corporate Housing?
U.S. Premier Locations provides fully furnished apartments across the U.S. for temporary assignment and relocating business travelers. We are a contractor with the GSA and often relocate government and military personnel. In addition, we work with large and small corporations with housing for relocating employees on temporary project assignments. We also relocate medical personnel and students for internships and continuing education.
Is there housekeeping available?
Yes. Housekeeping can be provided upon request.
Are laundry facilities available?
Yes. Location of laundry facilities vary according to the specifics of the apartment/house.
What size apartments do you have available?
The size of the apartments varies according to specifics of apartment/house, but if you wish to give us a desired square footage we will be happy to find a property that accommodates your needs.
Where is U.S. Premier Locations physically located?
Our main office headquarters is located in the Portland Metro Area of Beaverton, Oregon.

Compared to hotels, U.S. Premier Locations offer more space and convenience with featured amentities not found in hotels such as a fully-equipped kitchen, and the piece of mind that you are entitled to a space that is accommodated with all of the necessities of home.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. U.S. Premier Locations works with pet friendly properties in almost all cities we service. However, there are some weight and breed restrictions depending on the location. Refundable and non-refundable pet deposits are required. Please contact us for information and be sure to mention your pet when you inquire about our corporate housing services.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 30 days.
How do I check-in or locate my apartment?
We make your check-in as easy as possible. Your U.S. Premier Locations Account Representative will supply you with all the details and instructions for locating your apartment prior to your arrival date. We will also send you a copy of the apartment community site map to help you find the exact location of your apartment. In addition, a U.S. Premier Locations Representative will be on-site at your check in to assist your move-in and answer any questions you may have.
